Tickets have gone on sale for the Barclays ATP World Tour Finals taking place in the capital this winter, returning to London following the spectacular success of the 2011 competition .

A brutally tough qualification process means only the players who finish in the top eight of the season compete. They then have to survive a gruelling round-robin phase before taking their place in a gladiatorial semi-final and final.

The stakes are high, with millions of dollars worth of prize money up for grabs, along with a highly coveted title and the chance to win it at the O2 Arena, one of the most spectacular arenas in Europe.

Expect the likes of Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and British favourite Andy Murray to feature, should they follow the form book and maintain their spots at the top of the ATP Rankings.
