
Its time to dust off that top hat and tails and brush up on your dance moves, after it was announced that the stage adaptation of the 1935 musical film ‘
Top Hat’ will be coming to the West End.
The production will star former ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ winner Tom Chambers as Jerry Travers and Summer Strallen as Dale Tremont, roles previously made famous by the great Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. The story revolved around Travers, a famous American tap dancer who shortly arrives in London before his debut on the West End. In the city he becomes acquainted with Dale Tremont, the girl of his dreams who he longs to be with; Travers then sets out to follow her across Europe in an attempt to win her heart through dancing and affection.
The production will open at the Aldwych theatre on Thursday 19th April 2012 and show until Monday 13th August. If you’re interested in seeing this sensational dancing show, why not look through the excellent range of
