The fascinating musical production of the War of the Worlds is set to return to the London stage, entertaining a crowd of thousands at the capitals 02 arena as part of their UK tour.

Jeff Wayne’s adaptation of the HG Wells novel has proved a massive hit on stage experiencing sell out tours in 2006, 2007 and 2009. This year’s show looks set to be the biggest yet, with a star studded cast including Liam Neeson starring as journalist George Herbert. The show offers the first ever full body hologram seen in theater, displaying Neeson on an 11 foot interactive wall that he uses to communicate with two other live actors. This dramatic idea, together with a 36-piece orchestra guarantees to create a truly memorable stage experience.

The show will open its doors at the 02 Arena on Saturday 15th December 2012. Tickets are now open for the event but look to sell out very quickly. If you’re interested in seeing this excellent production for yourself, why not book your place along with a stay in one of the many London hotels over the period.
