Prince William has a life sized wax model on display in London today at the Stephen Friedman Gallery. It was made to follow up the engagement to Kate Middleton.
The wax model was cast in the same stance as he was photographed at the Royal engagement announcement on the 16th of November last year.
Visitors are invited to be pictured with the Prince by taking Kate Middleton’s place on his arm. They also get the chance to place their wedding finger into a replica of the blue sapphire and diamond engagement ring which is attached to his arm.
Visitors can then toast the happy couple with a selection of Royal drinks which will be on offer at the exhibition.
The wax model was created by an American artist Jennifer Rubell. The exhibition has been called ‘The Engagement’ and is on display to the general public until the Royal wedding on the 29th April this year. The Stephen Friedman gallery is situated near Picadilly circus and Green Park tube stations, so why not spend the weekend in one of the hotels in London’s
West End.
