Yes, Prime Minister isn`t ready to leave the West End anytime soon, after the highly rated production extended its residency by a further three months. It is a fine example of some of the excellent shows which can be viewed as part of the many London theatre breaks throughout the year.

Written by Anthony Jay and Jonathon Lynn, the show offers a disorderly comedy littered with sex, scandal and scheming. Starring Robert Daws as Prime Minister Jim Hacker and Michael Simpkins as Sir Humphrey Appleby, it follows a government worried about the impending threat of financial meltdown, with the only hope of rescue resting on a suspicious deal with the Foreign Minister of Kumranistan.

With three already mentioned three month extension, it means the show will now feature at London`s Trafalgar Studios 1 Theatre until the 30 March 2013. Should the production continue to prove a success, there`s no reason why the show cannot be further extended in the future.
