'bold, clever, energetic', The Guardian) in the Globe Theatre, Director Ola Ince debuts in the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse with Shakespeare's confronting look at the destructive impact of racism that asks: How do we respond to Black success? And what does it mean for accomplished Black men to be torn down by the society that initially lauded them? Othello is part of the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse 10th anniversary season.
