The Show
The Book of Mormon is the red hot performance which manages to be sweet and endearing yet at the same time sharply satirical, wildly irreverent and a little bit rude. This smash hit show written by the creators of South Park gleefully tackles subjects such as organised religion, consumerism and music genres. The show follows the story of two Mormon Missionaries, Elder Arnold Cunningham and Elder Kevin Price. In their mission to spread the word of the Latter Day Saints, these young Mormons are posted to a little town in Uganda. Watch as these naive young missionaries are walloped by a gigantic culture shock and end up in a showdown with a tyrannical warlord. Prepare to be entertained as the two missionaries are forced to question their beliefs in an attempt to win the day. The topics covered in this production may not sound like things you would find in a typical comedy however it will be difficult not to leave the theatre roaring with laughter.

This show is not recommended for Children or for those easily offended. This is a show which is definitely best suited to adults and liberal minded audiences. If you are a fan of near-the-knuckle comedy, this show is definitely a must see.

Show contains swearing, adult themes and offensive content.
