The wonderful 4* Hotel Subur Maritim enjoys an excellent location on the seafront directly opposite the beach. A charming 15 minute walk from the promenade and beaches will take you to the museums, the famous historic church of Sant Bartomeu i Santa Tecla and the shopping area in the old town, another 5 minutes will take you to the train and bus station. Relax on the beach and cool off in the sea, or lounge around the hotel pool (open in summer months only) or on your own balcony. For the more active traveller, explore the area by bicycle. Sitges is located 15 minutes from Barcelona El Prat Airport and 40 minutes from Barcelona city, where city centre highlights include bustling Las Ramblas, the Picasso Museum, the parks at Montjuïc and Tibidabo and of course Gaudi`s fabulous architecture.
