All 229 rooms at the Front Air Congress Hotel are beautifully decorated in a contemporary style and include flatscreen televisions, free wireless Internet access, air conditioning, and safes. The hotel has a modern restaurant serving local and international dishes and also a bar and lounge area to sit and relax with friends. Breakfast is served from 6.00am and dinner up until 11.00pm with sandwiches & drinks available until 1.30am. The hotel also boasts a well-equipped fitness centre and spa with therapeutic treatments along with a heated pool, and health club (pay for). For the convenience of the guests, the hotel offers free airport transfers in their 12 seater minibus, pre booking this with the hotel is advised. No 72 bus service departs from near the hotel which takes approx 20 minutes to Central Barcelona.

Hotel and location:

The contemporary Front Air Congress is a fabulous new 4 Star Hotel located in the Sant Boi area of Barcelona, less than 4 miles from El Prat airport, and providing a free airport shuttle service. Central Barcelona can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by car or bus and the Fira Gran Via exhibition centre and the beaches of Gava and Castelldefels in 10 minutes. Sant Boi train station is just 2 mile away making this hotel ideal for leisure travellers. The hotel also benefits from its own onsite fitness centre, spa and swimming pool.

Getting there:

FROM BARCELONA: exit the C-32 motorway at junction 52. At the first roundabout turn right. Carry on for 1 kilometre. Once you get to the roundabout you will see Hotel FrontAir Congress on your right.
FROM VALENCIA: exit the C-32 motorway at juntion 53. Take the bridge that crosses over the motorway and go straight on until you get to the roundabout where you will see the hotel on your right.

City Tax: From 1st November 2012 the authorities in Barcelona will levy a tourist tax of 1.10 Euro per person per day (maximum 7 day charge) which is payable at the hotel on arrival and not included in the above room rate.
