"Very friendly and efficient"
We only stayed a couple of nights, but everyone was very helpful and friendly, thank you. Loved the area and the view from the Sky Lounge. All I would change is Leeds` 1 way system.

Lovely hotel with very good facilities, however an enjoyable stay was marred by other guests making excessive noise during the night when returning from nights out!

Bedroom smaller than some in other Hiltons. All staff were very helpful and attentive. Enjoyed the views from the top-storey bar.

A nicely appointed hotel good views . Only complaint , minor , but never the less irritating. These hotels , all of them , never have enough ORDINARY English breakfast tea. There`s always toouch weird tea and not enough normal TEA. I don`t want to drink mint flavoured cxxxp. Same with the sugar. And don`t get me started on the milk. Plastic milk. Horrid. Fresh milk please. Other than that, all fine

"Clean and functional - Good value for money"
Check in was poor - the booking wasn`t correct and it took 15 minutes plus to sort out. Check out was also slow - not enough staff to deal with the morning check out.
