"Great value for money"
We had a great time. We did find a huge black Dildo under the sofa bed inside the main living room however this did not stop us from enjoying our stay.

"convienent location, but a bit shabby"
really great location, close to tube station, local shops and a Wetherspoons we loved. However, the apartment itself was a bit lacklustre. The bathroom had black mould over the shower, and the extractor fan was broken (perhaps this was the cause of the mould?). The TV table had one very wobbly leg, and the sofabed was a bit sad. Still, a great place for the money.

"Fine for one night"
We stayed for just one night with our four year old son as we felt an apartment was a better alternative to a single hotel room. For one night it was fine. We cooked in the kitchen with very limited utensils (e.g. Only one bowl, only three mugs, pans without lids.) I coped but would not have been able to spend a week cooking there. The apartment was clearly very high spec in its heyday but now rather neglected. Chairs were tatty, furniture on its last legs, stains on carpet etc. however, the bed was very comfortable, the bedroom was good, the bathroom, was also good (although again some of the fixtures and fittings needed fixing). The kitchen and living Area both needed some attention - it wouldn`t take much to make it top. Notch. The location was great - very close to tube but quiet and close to city centre. There were no towels when we arrived but the man on reception quickly rectified this when we told him.

"Clean, good value and spacious"
close to Hammersmith tube, places nearby for breakfast, room spacious, beds linen nice, kitchenette equipped with tea and coffee. Also very quiet. Thinking will be a good base even for a family for a couple of nights in the future.

"initially it looks good but there is poor attention to detail"
when i arrived reception was unmanned but the door was open with keys and phones lying on the desk; i had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to attend to me. initially the apartment appeared very nice but whilst there is a good range of cooking equipment there was only one fork, one wine glass was cracked and the bathroom tooth mugs had not been cleaned. the tv was confusing to work with 2 remote controls and no instructions staff were unable to give me directions to walk to the nearest supermarket other than tesco express in the tube. there is a sainsbury (i never found it) and a M&S food hall (closer than Tesco express) housekeeping only came around in the evenings to empty bins and the stairway did not appear to be vacuumed all week - i think they had staffing problems however, staff were polite

The double studio apartment was compact but very clean and tidy and had everything I needed for my four night stay in London. I would definately recommend it to my friends and family.
