It is also directly in front of a 9 hole golf course and driving range. 25 minutes drive takes you to Disneyland or 45 minutes by train. Rosny-Bois-Perrier RER rail station is 10 minutes walk and a 15 minute journey also has you in central Paris (Haussman St Lazare).
