"hilton xxxxx outstanding."
A lovely stay was had at this immaculate hotel. Staff very keen to help with anything at all. The room was a good standard with a wonderful apple computer that doubled up as a tv, all as standard. Only tiny gripe is my daughter and I could have done with more teabags and milk.

"Another great stay"
This was our third visit to this hotel, although the first year it belonged to Mint group of hotels. It is modern, exceptionally clean, well-equipped and the staff are most friendly and helpful. Our only slight gripe is that breakfast is self-service and you need to familiarise yourself with the system. The hotel is just around the corner from the Tube station and is in an interesting part of the city. We would certainly stay there again.

"If you`re disabled thus hotel was brilliant. Disabled room was superb. "
Thought the hotel with great for the weekend. Being in a wheelchair is difficult but the hotel really helped. On a service side reception. We`re brilliant as was breakfast. The Sky bar was terrible for getting drinks, took us 40 minutes and the bar at reception still took 25 minutes. We only ordered bottles and a baileys so couldn`t understand why it took forever. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful and rooms were clean. Could have done with more tea and coffee etc for the room.

"Wonderful Hotel"
From the start of our mini break until the end , the hotel made us extremely welcome and comfortable in our surroundings.Would definately book again next time we are in London.

"Nice rooms, sloooow service"
Quality of the rooms were faultless. Lifts are very slow. Check in was slow. I
Getting down the breakfast early is probably a good idea as the queue was ridiculous at 10.00. Then the queue for the hot cooked breakfast was even longer. So, all I had was cereals. Obviously I had paid for the cooked breakfast so this was very disappointing. Check out then had a big queue!......

"Great service and fantastic location"
Check in at xxxxx was the best check in experience I have ever had. The general politeness and welcoming was outstanding. SKY lounge is an experience but extremely expensive. Rooms are well equipped with Apple imac in every room. Great customer service really made my holiday here

Brilliant hotel service was so good,meet and greet hot cookies all added to the delight of the stay.Breakfast was well presented and very tasty,with everything that was asked for.
Superb views of the the outstanding buildings around. Room very clean and good views of the gherkin my next stay would be the view of the xxxxx of London,!!!!! Will make sure I return especially with the deal with the theatre tickets.
It was my Mums birthday treat and at 82 she had a great time and as she said the hotel was very high on her list as she is a very travelled lady. I would like to thank the staff for all their looking after us and their constant high standard within the hotel.
