"Advised when calling for parking that they did not have a room for our confirmed booking of 5th june"
Disappointing and frustrating customer experience compounded by the fact they had no intention of advising me of the situation and had booked me into another hotel without consulting me. Our Poland for the weekend were impacted including missing seeing friends and rearranging plans due to a late check in on the follow on night of 6th June. Despite you confirming booking re confirmed with Glasshouse this was not the situation and as this was the first time I used your site my experience has impacted negatively in terms of confidence and credibility.

"Not a 5 star service"
Lovely clean modern hotel, good location, reception staff attentive and very pleasant, breakfast staff diabolical, asked 3 times, 3 different staff to bring some ketchup and brown sauce as veggie breakfast very dry, but waited so long for some sauce to go with our veggie breakfast that we had to send it back to be reheated, the sauce came 15 minutes later on 2 Chinese soup spoons, but breakfast was still in the kitchen being reheated.

"-"
The hotel is nice. The staff very friendly, but check in was dreadful. Over 20 mins waiting and no apology from concierge who served me eventually. The room was made up to a double despite it being booked through hotel direct as a twin room. After a few phone calls the housekeeping staff came and changed the bedding which delayed my sister and I seeing Edinburgh for over an hour so we missed the festivities which we specifically came to see. I am very angry!!
