"Reception staff were very welcoming and explained that we had not booked breakfast so gave a deal."
Bedroom was excellent , apart from this not a lot of atmosphere as no bar in the hotel. Breakfast was very disorganised and staff did not explain what the procedure was which meant we were left standing at breakfast bar to get fried eggs, then when they were ready they did not know who they were for, not good service.

"Some rooms not good value for money"
Our accessible room was very dark, no daylight as it faced a sort of shaft. Even with the lights on it was very gloomy! At £250 a night we were not impressed. Also the breakfast, although adequate, was not as good as we expected. The staff, however, were all very helpful.
Fantastic stay
