"Chaotic Breakfast System"
Rooms, fine, reception staff fine. Went to breakfast at 10am and didn`t start eating until 10.40 due to queues and chaotic system. Queue for table 20 mins, queue for hotplate 20 mins. asked by 3 different members of staff if I required tea or coffee. No brown bread available for toast. Tea and toast was cold by the time I got to the table with hot breakfast. restaurant Manager very stressed, had to instruct staff to clear tables. Had to ask for teaspoons for table. At £99 for B&B it was not acceptable!

"Great location, pleasant accommodation!"
The hotel was very well located and helpfully had its own city centre parking. The hotel had obviously been modernised in recent years, and was clean and tidy. I felt the room was a little small and the bathroom needed updating. The breakfast buffet was excellent and staff helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
