Getting there:
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT: From Fulham Broadway Tube Station, head east on Fulham Road toward Cedarne Road. After 0.3 miles, take the 5th left, and you`ll find the hotel.
BY CAR: From the M1, head southeast, taking the 1st exit onto Edgware Road. Continue onto Cricklewood Broadway. Turn right onto Chichele Road, and left onto Dartmouth Road. Take the 1st right onto Lydford Road, and continue onto Sidmouth Road. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Chamberlayne Road. Continue onto Kilburn Lane. After 1.6 miles, turn right onto Holland Park Avenue, then turn left onto Holland Park. Then turn left onto Abbotsbury Road, right onto Oakwood Crescent and left onto Addison Road. "Comfortable"
Room very comfortable the only criticism would be the very large crack in the bathroom basin, a little off putting as I`m sure it isn`t very hygienic. Staff very pleasant and a lovely choice of food at breakfast. Would recommend.

The hotel is well placed for getting around London The room was average shower was far too hot and hard to control the room was also very hot and uncomfortable with very little storage space breakfast was excellent with a decent choice

"Above and beyond"
I cannot put into words how impressed I am with how the staff have gone above and beyond. I put in a request as it was a special trip for my boyfriend who is the biggest fan of Chelsea, so to be at this hotel (that is within the grounds) was a dream alone. To then see a signed postcard from the team addressed to Anton and complimentary drinks and snacks has been above my expectations. I cannot thank you all enough as we are extremely grateful for this consideration. The hotel was perfect and clean, and all staff were friendly and welcoming. I would always recommend this hotel to friends and would stay again.

"Lovely hotel"
Didn`t know I had to pay an additional £50 which I was told would be refunded but still waiting. Room was nice. Air conditioning wasn`t very cold. Flush was hard to pull but the staff were lovely. Food was brilliant

Good location, the room was ok, 3 of us so a little tight for space, the room looked tired, poor shower and tap flow, tea etc not topped up daily. Breakfast was fine but if you went at 9am you need to queue for a while because restaurant too small. Service charade added to bar which is standard but frustrating. All in all for London prices this was definitely a good base and decent price. Would use again
