"Rough round the edges, but good location. "
Positives - The location is good and great for Liverpool Street Station and Spitalfields Market. The room was quiet. Negatives - There are no lifts so not very accessible for anyone with limited mobility, plus this was not clear on the website or the booking form. After check in we arrived in the room to find it was only set up for 1 person and had to ask for towels for the other 2 people and also bedding for the 2nd bed. We then made up the bed ourselves and found stains on the pillows and sheets (suspected to be a blood stain on one). No one was there to ask for an alternative sheet. The beds were also very uncomfortable and we all had a bad nights sleep. The plugs on one side of the room were hanging off the wall and did not work. The shower was either scalding hot or too cold. Also not suitable for young children as the balcony is unsafe as there is a large gap (toddler size) between the wall and the glass panel - which was wobbly. I would not stay here again.
