"Huge thanks to you all"
I have traveled to London on business and the hotel`s location (10 min taxi ride) to the City is fantastic. The room was large, I suggest sole business travelers doing what I did and booking a room with 2 double beds. This way (for the same price) you get a huge room for yourself (by London`s standards). The room was great. The gym was great (although I did not go to swim, but that looked great). The restaurnts on the ground floor are fantastic. So, in all, I had the best stay in central London so far, and I do travel to London for work from time to time. Cannot fault them!

"Extremely disappointing and far from a 4 star hotel"
The room we had (we were told they were all identical) was not suitable for a family of 4. It was like trying to manoeuvre your way around an obstacle course to get from one side to the other. There was no hanging space for longer items and only space for 5 items as it was in a tiny closet. There were no drawers to put any clothes. There was no space for a suitcase, and with 2 double beds squeezed into the room already absolutely no where to even leave it on the floor. The TV didn`t work; the air conditioning didn`t work. Maintenance were sent up but couldn`t resolve either. We took the children to the pool (which was lovely) but then got charged! I could go on. To say we were disappointed is an understatement.

"Crown Plaza Kings Cross"
I enjoyed my anniversary break at this hotel .I was VERY disappointed that the swimming pool was closed as this is one of the reasons we booked this hotel. I did feel also that the breakfast price was a little high in price.

Spent a fortune in taxis so probably would spend extra next time to be more central. Hotel was fine though. Nothing to complain about. Fit for purpose. No coffee or tea making facilities in room. ``Twas Grand I suppose

Clean, new and efficient perfect for a base when visiting London. Loads of lovely breakfast cafes near by so didn`t eat once in hotel.

Room was well maintained, bed was comfortable which aided a good nights sleep, staff very approachable, friendly & professional, food & drink options at breakfast were varied & well presented. Really liked the fact I could leave my suitcase in a secure locked room on the day off check out as our train wasn`t booked till late evening. Would definatley stay at Plaza, Kings Cross again.

Comfortable, safe, clean. Tiny car park - maybe 15 spaces. Concierge good and helpful. Breakfast not great for kids and had to go elsewhere but there were lots of places around.

I had sent an email to customer services asking to put some banners up for my boyfriends birthday. When we arrived the room was decorated with balloons and banners. Five minutes after arriving they also brought a cake to our room with happy birthday written on the plate. Really is the little things that count.

"Clean, professional and lovely pool"
Staff were welcoming and efficient on arrival and our room was clean, modern and very comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom had a great overhead shower. Room service came promptly and staff were also happy to provide extra coffee for the room. The pool (although at an extra charge of £3.50) was wonderful and there was also a well equipped gym, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. All in all, I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Hotel was very nice but I hadn`t realised when booking that it wasn`t as close to kings cross station as I had hoped. It wasn`t too much of a problem because there was a bus stop just outside the hotel that was just three stops away from the station and the buses came every ten minutes till late at night
