"Modern and clean"
Whilst hotel staff could not do enough for you and the hotel itself is modern and immaculate, the same cannot be said of the Belgo restaurant. After waiting over 30 minutes to have the dessert order taken they then got it wrong and had the temerity to put a service charge on the bill. This was removed when we pointed it out. Would certainly stay at the Crowne Plaza any time though.

Only draw back was 3.50 charge for use of swimming pool thought it was all inclusive.

"Hotel fantastic"
Hotel was fantastic, the staff were superb, nothing was too much trouble. Two 7 year old girls loved every minute of it and the Reception staff were brilliant, including talking to the girls and not ignoring them. Thank you.

"Lovely Hotel."
This hotel was lovely, although we had booked a room with two double beds but ended up in a room with one double and a sofa bed (with no bedding), the hotel staff provided this once they were made aware. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the nearest underground, which was sometimes a bit difficult with a young child, but overall a lovely clean hotel with good facilities.

"Nice hotel"
Recently spent two nights at Crowne Plaza hotel.. On arrival, greeted by nice friendly staff, and told we had been upgraded. Room very clean and comfortable with every convenience, tea/coffee, hairdryer, iron and lovely toiletries. Also loved the spa facilities and my grandson enjoyed the swimming pool. Overall a nice experience.

Very clean and staff very helpful. Bar staff also very friendly. I had a double room but was only provided with one robe and tea and coffee was only set up for one person. They did attend immediately when asked. Main issue was parking. Car park is far too small for size of hotel and you cannot pre book

Excellent restaurant in Hotel. Really enjoyed my chocolate fondue :)!! Shame you can`t open the window sightly in the room to get a bit of fresh air.

"Lovely hotel and staff "
Really nice hotel, clean and well presented. excellent staff - very helpful and polite. Only downside was it was a little too far from the nearest tube. if you don`t mind a 15 minute walk then great but we were on a tight schedule. Lots of taxis available though but more expensive. Nice bar area.

This hotel was very comfortable and the rooms were very clean and a lovely bath and shower in the en suite. There was everything you could possibly want on the buffet breakfast and the hotel itself was in a great location for our trip to London.

We arrived earlier than the stated check in time but were able to check in still which was great. Staff were very helpful and polite. Amenities nearby good for food and drink and a ten minute walk to the underground.

The room was a small, we have stayed in many hotels 2 adults and 2 children, there was not room to manoeuvre,or enough wardrobe room for 4 of us.We paid for breakfast, on the first day there was a 15 minute wait, once seated, the staff we rushed, rude, the whole atmosphere was stressed unfriendly. When I asked staff for hot water whcsh had ran out the lady was extremely rude muttering under her breathe then stomped off to the kitchen without a word! On the second day the queue was worse, the lady that greeted us asked if we wanted to go into the vip lounge instead of waiting, we accepted, the lounge was lovely,quiet, however the lady waiting did not want us in there, she was rude when we asked for items, and then preceded to complain that we were there to the manager in front of us, when it was your staff who asked us to go in? We therefore decided not to have breakfast on the 3rd day.
