"Great Position"
Booked as part of surprise weekend away for wife`s 30th birthday, Location was great right at the top of o`connell street less than 10 minutes from temple bar area. Hotel was clean and tidy and reception very helpful, taking our bags from us and allowing us to go off into the city as we caught an early flight and rooms not yet ready. The one issue you we had was dealt with quickly, with a porter pretty much beating me back to the room from reception. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Would definitely be checking out Cassidys again next time I visit Dublin

Excellent location. Everyone friendly. Staff were most helpful and went out of their way to show you directions. A comfortable stay in a great area. Would have no hesitation in staying again.

"Ideal Location with great staff"
Enjoyed our stay, excellent location and very helpful staff. The buffet breakfast is great too and sets you up for the day. Only negative would be the room was too hot. We asked for a fan - two were provided straight away, but even with these the room was still just too hot for us. We were travelling with friends - and their room was fine - so I think it was just the room we had (329).

"Great Hotel"
It was our first stay in Dublin and we could not have picked a better hotel. On check in we were greeted by great staff. They were friendly, welcoming and professional. Such a homely feel to this hotel. The location is excellent, walking distance from station and walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. All the staff were great from the bar staff, waiting staff and housekeeping. Smiles and greetings were plenty. Definitely will be back, will not be bothering looking for anywhere else.

"Generally v good hotel"
The receptionist was very helpful, friendly and informative, a change from your average experience at hotels. The rooms were clean, although the pillows didn`t have protectors on them and I could smell stale sweat when lying there. The aircon in the room (427) didn`t work which was an issue on night one. Perhaps also install a sloping blackout curtain/blind to stop the light from coming in at 6 a.m. and waking people up due to the curtains not being flush with the windows. The safe wouldn`t close when not in use. The shower was luke warm on both mornings (yes, we did try all kinds of settings) whereas my sister had hot water in her room. We enjoyed Dublin very much and had a great time. Thanks particularly to the staff for making it a pleasant stay.

"Good Location, nice friendly staff"
We arrived very early, the receptionist was lovely and even before our request for the luggage to be stored it was suggested. The room was on the small side but well set out and very clean. Big hurling match on the Sunday for the hurling match so very loud music being played from hotel window. Reasonably priced, didn`t get to sample the breakfast so unable to comment on that. I would use this hotel again along with the Hop on Hop off bus service.

Very pleased with Cassidy`s hotel, everything was great and staff were very friendly and helpful, very central and we came by bus and had no problem walking to the hotel from there, will definitely be back!

"Good city centre hotel"
Stayed for one night, staff were friendly and helpful. Didn`t look great from the main road however inside was a pleasant surprise. Clean and well presented, rooms were clean and offered a double and single bed. Car parking needs booked in advance or there is a discounted rate in a nearby secure car park. I would use this hotel again.

Really enjoyed our stay; reception staff could not have been more helpful. My room was quiet as requested, my friends picked up noise from bars somewhere, but stopped at a bearable hour. Comfortable bed and lots of lovely hot water!

"Perfect weekend stay "
We came just for the weekend and had a great stay at cassidys. It`s in the perfect location- in walking distance to attractions, and the temple bar district. The room was lovely, even better than the pictures!

A group of us ladies stayed for a short break ,wish it had been longer, breakfast was first class,cleanliness suburb ,nicely situated ,only negative points bathroom could do with being spruced up. Would defiantly recommend Cassidy`s and would stay there again .
