"Very Comfortable Stay"
Lovely Hotel, nice room with comfy bed and great views over london (10th Floor). Friendly reception staff but unfortunately not the bar or restaurant staff, need some charm school lessons. Only stayed one night on a very good deal. Although there was a great variety for breakfast the cooked food was undercooked and very luke warm to cold. Need new chefs!!! Far enough away from Waterloo station to be out of the bedlam but easily a walkable distance about 10 minutes. Unfortuantely the ambulance station is just around the corner with sirens going past often, all be it not for long but do wake you up if not in deep sleep.

"Lovely modern hotel, great facilities, avoid the room-service lasagne! "
I found the staff to be very helpful, easily switched my room to one with a bath, lovely room decor with very modern facilities. The coffee maker and iPod stereo was a nice touch, as well as free wifi. The bed was extremely comfortable, I didn`t want to leave. My only disappointment was the poor quality of the food for room-service, something that was expensive but quite bland in taste, and it didn`t match the impression of the rest of the hotel. Overall a high-quality hotel that I`ll be returning to.

"Lovely room which has everything you need"
Loved the large bathroom and layout of the room, the toiletries offered where great as I had forgot a few things. Did not use the breakfast facilities but overall great hotel and would recommend to a friend.

"good hotel"
bit dissapionted with the sky bar, seems if you don`t book a table in advance you can`t enjoy it,also a minimum of twelve persons at a time allowed, other than that a good value hotel breakfast was good and the lambeth north tube which is a five minute walk takes you onto the west end. give it seven out of ten.

"Fabulous hotel"
We are so pleased to have discovered this hotel, its near Waterloo, on a good bus route, it is spotless with lovely modern decor.We were greeted by two really friendly helpful and efficient ladies (Alice and Maura) who gave us a delicious glass of Cava while they booked us in, We had a lovely room on the top floor with a view of the London Eye. Lots of little extras that some hotels don`t bother with now ie shower gel shampoo conditioner toothbrush razor and shaving balm shoe polish. Nice Kenco coffee and twinings tea. And also a mini bar. 24 hour room service. Will definately be booking in there again.

"Everything we could expect (and a bit more) for the price"
I`m not a big review writer. However to summarise - stayed with wife for Sat night (about £150). Greeted with glass of cava. Room had nice view over City. Bed big and comfy. Bathroom and bedroom had all we needed. Breakfast included and was very tasty - good `full English` plus fresh pastries etc. Very convenient location for everything (unless you want to stay in the West End). Perfect for us.

"H10 - Waterloo: excellent hotel "
Booked this hotel based on the other good reviews I`d seen on the website, and very glad I did! lovely comfy bed, free glass of fizz on arrival, spacious room with cityscape view, and very conveniently positioned to both Waterloo station and Lambeth North tube. Ideal walking distance over the bridge to the West End as well. Very good hotel option, will definitely stay there again.
