Very close to Warren St station, great location, for a walkable distance for the Dominion theatre and Oxford St.

"Brilliant customer service "

Rooms were nice but personally the bed was too firm and the pillows were too big and uncomfortable didn`t have a great nights sleep however the customer service was amazing and we got a free drink at the bar whilst our room was being cleaned. Good central location too close to a lot of London attractions.

Really fab location so we could walk around London and savour street life and feel the ambience of all that makes London London.THe hotel friendly helpful staff,clean modern rooms,pillows I wanted to take home it was relaxing and yet full of life .Loved the sweets in reception.Ate at the restaurant and recommend it wholly.Coxktails delicious also abit different

"Exquisite "

We have recently stayed at Hilton hotels both in London and New York, radisson grafton is in a league of their own. Excellent service, exquisite room with all the home comforts, tea and coffee, huge soft fluffy towels and complimentary water.

Great position near to tube and Regent`s Park a little noisy as near university hospital a/e so ambulances with sirens on .otherwise no complaints.meal average at restaurant

Excellent hotel, me and my husband were celebrating out second wedding anniversary and my husbands 30th birthday! When we arrived we were upgraded, and waiting for us were two delicious slices of cheesecake and a lovely card. Great location walking distance from Euston station, lovely staff, clean and modern hotel. Would definitely return and recommend this hotel!

"Birthday treat"

Fantastic hotel in a great location central to all places we wanted to visit also 2 mins walk to Warren Street tube station, a very luxurious room in a upscale hotel with a great buffet breakfast which was quite pricey. Looking forward to staying again.

"Brill, close enough to everything "

Lovely hotel with polite staff. Close enough to everywhere we wanted to be. Cafes and restraunts just a few doors down and the tube station literally next door although we didn`t really need it. Oxford street in walking distance and more. Room was great very clean and tidy! Would stay here again

"Grafton Radisson Blu"

Excellent staff, breakfast good. Room comfortable The only problem I had was several times in the night and early morning I was awoken by what sounded like people putting up or taking down ironing boards. I assumed I was in a room next to the Ironing room. I had taken sleeping pills but was still woken several times by these noises.

"Would not recommend for the money, was expecting a lot more and better service for the money !!"

Arrived at hotel 10am knowing that we could not check in until 3pm, but wanted to leave bags, so we could spend the day looking around London, was told that it was not a problem and asked when we would be back as we would be given priority and the room would be really for us, I informed them 3pm and off we went, on return at 3:30pm , I was told the room was not ready and could I wait in the bar, it was ready at 4pm and the luggage would be in the room, got to room, no luggage this arrived at 4:30pm , rushed out as had a theatre booked and on return, found that someone else had been in our room while we was out, as the wet bathroom towels had been changed , I didn`t like the idea of someone in room while out without asking!!!! Other gusts who tried to check in were being told that the hotel had been overbooked and they needed to stay somewhere else, even though they had booked,
