"Clean and modern and walking distance from theatres and Covent Garden."

Rooms very clean and modern. Beds comfortable. Very limited space in rooms and cafe limited menu though good options available within a few minutes walk away. Overall good experience.

"Time capsule"

We found the Z hotel to be a 21st Century time capsule within the antique world of the Temple, walking through barristers` chambers and past the Knights Templars` church to find the clean, chic of the hotel. The staff were welcoming, friendly and well-informed. All part of a superb package!

"Small Rooms but all you need"

The rooms are very small but we didn`t go to London to spend all our time in our room, the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and the bed was comfy what else do you need?

"Extremely cramped room unsuitable for 4 people"

The hotel looked very nice from the reception. However when we got into the room we were extremely disappointed with the lack of any space whatsoever. There were 4 girls trying to get ready for the theatre and you literally could not even put your arms out to the sides. I would not recommend it for 4 people at all.

Really friendly and welcoming staff. Very clean, could not fault it. The only slight issue is that the rooms are so, so small. A little difficult for two people to get ready at the same time to go out in the evening.

Unfortunately no wardrobes due to limited space, but enough room to hang a few days worth of clothing for my Wife and I. Large TV with full Sky package an unexpected bonus.

"very unhelpfull staff after my kindle had been left in the room, accomadation so small for 4 people,"

left my kindle in the room realised after checking out, reception staff abrupt and said nothing found and refused to check the room saying other guests were now in the room. very upset as I know exactly where I had left my kindle, what more can I say, I feel someone is being very dishonest, the room was tiny, stairs up to the upper bed was quite steep, not suitable at all for 4 adults not even for one night, made our stay in London miserable

Very small room for the price although apparently we were upgraded to a queen inside room! no room to swing a cat as they say.. Noisy Toilet cistern kept me awake all night.. Very friendly and helpful staff tho and it was very clean..

"Fantastic hotel and employees."

We always have a great experience with the Z Hotel Chain. It`s the simple touches like the quality of toiletries to the complimentary water. Love the cheese and wine experience, made extra special by the very attentive and professional employees in hand. Will be back soon I hope. Stay great folks :)

"Fantastic stay in the heart of London"

Booked this hotel pretty blindly but ended up being an amazing little hotel. Right in the middle of Fleet Street it`s a 10 minute walk to Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden and Westminster. The room was compact but beautifully finished and we had a view of both the London Eye and the Shard. The staff were AMAZING! Couldn`t be more friendly or attentive. Don`t usually write reviews but I enjoyed this stay so much I had to! Would highly recommend!

"Concept and staff very good - nice contempory clean feel to the whole place"

downside was the size of the room - inside queen room was just too small overall for two people to be comfortable. room was extremely hot and stuffy and the air conditioning seemed to lack the power to go beyond a set limit. Bed was fine - just not enough room space to make it a comfortable stay no room for cases and luggage - shame as there were lots of good points about the whole concept and style of the hotel- i would propose inside queen rooms are kept for single occupancy

The hotel was very clean and modern but the room was very small and there wasn`t enough space to put all our bits and pieces. Thought the TV was too big for the room, as it generated a lot of heat and made room stuffy despite the air conditioning. On the whole was ok for the one night.

All members of staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. We were greeted with much warmth and this was very much appreciated after a long day. Staff in zest were also extremely nice and offered advice of the different breakfast foods. Would definitely stay again

"Clean friendly staff good value for money"

We stayed for one night (Friday). The room was compact, although we expected it to be small, it would have benefited from having a window. The air conditioning was essential as it was hot weather. The room fittings were modern, it was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the complementary cheese and wine together with ice cream, which was an unexpected surprise but very much appreciated, which we didn`t expect from an hotel in London. We would visit again but for no longer than two nights because of the small room size and no window in our room. However we would happy to recommend it our family and friends for a short city break.

This is a little gem right in the hub of London`s theatre land and within touching distance to Covent Garden and Chinatown. Compact rooms but spotlessly clean and comfy bed and bedding to die for. Would definitely stay again

"The front desk was great and the food was a hell of a way to start the morning. "

The front desk staff was just great, especially the girl that works the weekend night shift. The Indian eggs are officially my new favorite breakfast egg. The only thing I did not like about the trip was the size of the room, however, the front desk helped fix this problem.
