"The bar service was below the standard I was expecting."

The food was not to the required standard, it was almost cold when it arrived. Also there was very limited places to sit.

Good sized rooms, tea & coffee making facilities and great staff; only downside is the poor internet connection in the `business centre` - expensive and too slow to be useable. Great location for Heathrow terminals and underground. Very clean, great beds, good shower - highly recommended.

"Outstanding hotel!!!"

Great hotel, great service, very clean, warm and very comfortable. We were due to check in at 2pm but after a long flight we were tired and just wanted to rest. Went to the hotel, which is 2 mins walk from the tube that takes 3 mins from heathrow, and were allowed to check in 5 hours early. Great hotel helpful staff, would recommend this hotel all day long

In the Chauffeur business and had an early collection at Heathrow T4 so chose Jurys Inn for location. I stayed 1 night and left before breakfast so can`t comment on staff, service or quality of food. For what i needed it was spot on and i would definately use this hotel again. On the downside, the hotel charges for internet connection which i feel is a cheap shot.

"Very good value for money"

Although it is far from the city centre, it is very easy to get to a from just round the corner from the tube and bus station. Room was great. Food was nothing special but 3 course buffet for £10 pounds and breakfast for £8, who can complain.

The hotel was fine, however, the restaurant was very expensive and not that good. The food was only okay and the staff seemed to be unable to cope when a large group of people came into the restaurant in the evening. We (2 of us) had to wait over a hour for our food and when I asked if we could have a discount or something complimentary to make up for this, I was told "No" and that they hadn`t expected the group that came in (after us). The breakfast is a buffet ... that is fine for people that eat a lot, but if you just want a piece of toast and a cup of tea it costs the same as someone who has five full breakfasts.

"Comfortable Room and bed."

During our stay the staff were friendly. We had one incident where we were unable to log onto British Air to `check-in` and print boarding passes. It seems that the folks who maintain the computers did not adjust the time properly on the computer. This apparently caused the BA system to fail to allow us to log in at the 24 hour prior to flight mark. Other than that and our name on this e-mail (should read Mr and Doreen or Joe and Doreen but not "and Doreen Mr Pagano"), the stay was good. We also stayed at Jury`s Nottingham and had very good stay there as well the night prior.

had problems with finding it as the sat nav could not find the the postcode or even the street name but once found very nice room and very good service in term of booking in and leaving if i was again in londaon i would book again or if i had friends going in to london i would definatley recommend it

"Good clean rooms, great bathroom with hot water, and decent affordable food."

Convenient location for Heathrow, served by a shuttle bus from each terminal in the airport. Very smooth check in and check out procedure with friendly and competent staff. Food served quickly, the breakfast buffet had a good variety of food items constantly being replaced. Attractive decor in the rooms, spacious enough to feel comfortable and homely. On line Internet for media, computer, hotel billing and check out procedures. For people who travel often this is a great hotel.

"Great Hotel by Airport"

The Jurys Inn Heathrow was a great new hotel if you need something by the airport. The rooms were big and clean and the full hot buffet breakfast was a bonus.

Hotel is exceptionally clean and very friendly staff. Large spacious rooms very comfy. Children friendly which is always good.

"A useful, clean, stopover hotel"

We had one or two `hiccups` when we arrived, ie room availability (even though we had pre-booked), two double rooms, instead of a twin and a double and - horror of horrors - no kettle in the room!! However, these were speedily and efficiently dealt with, by pleasant staff. We felt this hotel was clean, well placed and good value for money.

"Excellent Stay"

We arrived early at 9am but were allowed to check-in, which was good because this gave us an extra day sightseeing. I had inadvertantly booked the wrong weekend!?, but this was`nt a problem, my booking was changed with no problems (thanks to Andy Deputy Manager). Having been in our room only a few minutes, a lady arrived to make up the sofa bed for our son. The room was spacious & clean, with a view of planes landing & taking off (though it was not noisy). My husband very much enjoyed the cooked breakfast ,food was plentiful & fresh. We had picked this hotel as it was close to the tube station, & this was a big bonus. We had an excellent stay, I would recommend this hotel. (And it was`nt expensive!)

The hotel is beautifully decorated and immaculate throughout. The staff are extremely well presented, friendly and helpful. I have food allergies and the restaurant/bar staff could not do enough to ensure that there was food readily available that I could eat. I will be recommending the hotel to friends and family and I would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

"Room had only three beds and two towels"

This room was booked (and paid for)as a family room for 2 adults and 2 children. There was only 3 beds on arrival. Reception stated they only had 3 bed rooms in the hotel. After some persuasion I got a 4th bed which was a camp bed. We then discovered we only had 2 towels. This hotel was not prepared for us and i was vwery dissappointed in the reception we got on arrival.
