"A lovely hotel in an ideal position. "
The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, the rating is three star but I have been in four star hotels that have not been an good as the Champerret Elysees. The continental breakfast was delicious. Our bedroom was nicely decorated with everything co-ordinating and the onsuite was beautiful. The next time we visit Paris we will have no hesitation in staying here again.

We were very impressed with the hotel and hope to return there in the future. The staff were all helpful, polite and we genuinely received service with a smile - and the odd joke thrown in for good measure. The room was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable, the breakfast more than adequate and the location was ideal for exploring Paris, with all the main sights within easy reach thanks to the proximity of the Metro. The only slight criticism would be the directions given on the Hotel Direct site for reaching the hotel by Metro from the Gare du Nord, which omitted having to change stations and lines, however this was easily rectified thanks to a map of the underground.

"Dad on a budget"
booked two rooms here end of august. had a really nice time. the hotel as previous reviews highlighted is clean, very well located and the staff are friendly. it is ideally located 25m from nearest tube and bus terminal. there is a macdonalds 50m away. breakfast room is ideal for stoking up for the days sightseeing. im a tightwad who is not easily pleased but i have to say this hotel more than met my expectations and for anyone spending 4 days sightseeing in paris who likes to be slightly away from the noise and touristy parts, this is the place to stay.

" A wonderful 3 night stay"
Excellent quiet location but very near Metro and and lots of FABULOUS restaurants. The staff were extremely welcoming, the rooms with air conditioning and excellent showers were very comfortable indeed. The bar area was perfect to relax in after a hard day`s walking. All in all, a wonderful stay. I will be using this hotel again!

Very nice clean hotel with very friendly helpful staff. 10 min walk from the Arc de triomphe, with a metro, bus station & Mcdonalds 100 yards down the road. Lots of eateries within 5 min walk. Would stay again. Only downside was that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

"Excellent"
We were very pleased with the hotel. The staff were very helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast made a good start to our day with plenty of choice. The hotel was situated close to the metro and within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe. Were we to go back to Paris we would have no hesitation in booking this particular hotel and will recommend this to anyone looking to find somewhere to stay in Paris.

This hotel was just what we needed for a 3 night stay. Safe in room (but no drinks making facility - maybe this is normal in Paris?). Very good buffet breakfast. Small Carrefour Express round the corner for essentials, several cafes/brasseries nearby and a chemist etc. Pleasant staff except for first night when a very rude, monosyllabic male receptionist was less than helpful and didn`t inspire confidence....but we never saw him again! Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would return.

"Good location, room okay, breakfast good."
Nice entrance to hotel although corrider to room was dreary and smelled a bit musty. Room was basic but fine and was cleaned daily. The shower was very good. Breakfast was great. The location of the hotel was very near to Metro station and was easy to transfer to CDG airport. Walkable to Arch de Triumph, lots of places to eat near hotel.

"A Fantastic Hotel"
The Hotel is in a very nice area of Paris with numerous shops and restaurants and is situated just a few yards walk from the nearest tube station. The Hotel itself is faultless. For a City Hotel the rooms were very spacious and the decor in the rooms were of the highest quality. In addition the staff were very helpful and continental breakfast was nice. This Hotel comes highly recommended, a hidden gem !

"Professional, helpful staff"
Room clean and well decorated, but so small we had to unpack one at a time. Bathroom was tiny and would be awkward for large people. The only thing lacking in the room was tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was good. I was impressed by the helpful staff in this hotel. Metro is convenient and we found some nice restaurants within short walking distance. We would stay here again.

We were very happy with the accommodation provided in the Champerret Elysees. The reception staff were very helpful and the location was ideal for getting to all the sights that Paris offers. Would make it `our hotel` when we next come to Paris.

"Well located, lovely staff, nice (comfy) rooms, great air con."
Located about 30 metres from Porte de Champerret metro stop. About 15-20 minutes walk from the Arch de Triomphe and from there it`s the best walk in town all the way to the Louvre and St Michel. Rooms very comfortable, and air conditioning wonderful on a 35 degree day. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had a lovely stay.

"Fantastic!"
I organised a stay here for 10 cylcists and support team who had cycled from London to Paris in 24 hours. The staff, particularly Daniel, were really helpful and made arrangements for rooms on the ground floor so we could store the bikes safely. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The area the hotel is in is lovely with plenty of reataurants to choose from (try Bistro le 17eme). Very close to Metro, convenient for anywhere in Paris. Overall a great choice for us.

"Room was a little bit small"
Overall the hotel was O.K. , hot continental breakfast was more than adequate and could not fault the cleanliness of the hotel. Hotel location was excellent for access to central Paris a 10 minute journey via metro or bus services (100m from hotel). Hotel staff very friendly and informative. Would use again !! Peter L

"Smart, well-located hotel at a reasonable price."
Stayed here for 2 nights on a whirlwind trip to Paris and found it ideal for our requirements. Small but comfortable hotel (rooms are the same). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Do try Bistro le 17eme just up the road, not cheap but fantastic meal at value for money price (everywhere is expensive in Paris).

The Hotel is very clean, the front house staff are very friendly and speak very good English. They have guided us for the places to visit and also had some good discount coupons for Disney Land. It is quite near to the Metro station as well. Overall it was pleasant stay at the hotel.

"Great Service, Great location, Great price."
The room was a little small but perfectly adequate and extremely clean, the bathroom was also brilliantly clean with a fantastic shower. The hotel itself could not have been much better placed, a relatively short walk to the Arc De Trimuph and 30 seconds from the nearest tube stop meant that we had no problems getting around. We were also across the road from several bus stops which travelled to the Louvre and Eiffel Tower. The thing I was most impressed with however was the service, all smiles and extremely helpful and particularly because we got the 3rd night free deal I cannot imagine we could have stayed anywhere better for the price. In fact, aside from the rooms in other, much more expensive, hotels may have been bigger and a little nicer I doubt that anything else could have been better. Also they seem to be about to have a refurb too, which might mean those rooms get a little re-decoration.

The hotel was very noise workmen doing renovations no aircon the rooms were ment to be sound proofed but not . rooms very small hardly any room for clothes etc..Would not retern not 3 star.....!

"Champerret Elysees "
Champerret Elysees is an excellent location and all tourist atttractions are within walkabel distance. If you don`t fancy walking the metro is just round the corner. There are beautiful restuarants in the area also. The hotel itself was very very clean and room service was superb. Breakfast is amazing and offers orange juice, coffee, coissants, cereal, toast etc. It was well worth the stay and value for money. =)

The Hotel is clean, friendly and moderately priced. Substantial breakfast and a huge range of restraurants within walking distance. Metro close by enables quick links to all main attractions. Had a family room which was very reasonably sized. Enjoyed by all, can recommend and thanks to Hotel Direct for finding it after first choice was booked.

A very clean hotel with room and bathroom serviced daily to a high standard. Unfortunately, the allocated room (No 9) on the ground floor was situated adjacent to what appeared to be the kitchen of the Italian restaurant at the rear of the hotel. Noise prevented sleep until the early hours. Additionally, on the morning of departure, we were asked to pay for 3 glasses of wine and a bottle of water. We had already paid cash for the wine and not had the water. Needless to say we refused to pay which did cause some consternation. Whilst we appreciate that we took advantage of a special offer (3 nights for the price of 2) we would not rebook this hotel.

"FANTASTIC HOTEL"
One of the best hotels we have stayed at in Paris and will def be going back. The staff were very friendly and the room was lovely. We stayed there in December when it was thick with snow and the room was always lovely and warm
