"Perfect stay in every way"
What a fantastic place to stay. Staff can`t do enough for you. Very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. I couldn`t believe how quiet it was too and so many people staying there. The breakfast was lovely. Wide choice of food and very nice too. This was our first stay at a holiday inn. We`ll definitely be staying at other holiday inn`s in future :-D

"Really good clean hotel, with excellent service and staff"
Tube stations really close making central London very accessible. Immaculately clean, staff were brilliant. I asked for Almond milk for breakfast and they arranged it for the next day. Reception area was really nice to sit in later in the evening. The only downside (and literally the only thing) was the sofa bed. Our teenage children used the sofa bed and it was poor quality and not at all comfortable to sleep on. Plus, it wasn`t set up correctly. The sofa bed was old and the springs were very noticeable! The room itself was great, en-suite was great, everything was clean, tea/coffee facilities good.

I stayed over night as I wa attending a concert at the Apollo. The hotel was convenient for the station and the venue. I likes the room given (double) to me; it was airy, light and spacious with tea facilities. All the staff that I corresponded with appeared genuinely friendly, helpful & professional. There is a variety of places to eat. I would definitely recommend for comfort, friendliness and affordability.

"Great location for London Olympia Exhibition Centre"
The hotel was well placed for attending the London Olympia Exhibition Centre. Our room was located on the quieter side of the hotel (evens) which meant we got a good night`s rest. The staff were also very friendly. Breakfast buffet was basic, and could probably do with a bit more variety. You can`t really complain, as it was really good for a budget hotel.

Basic accommodation, adequate. However, hairdryer did not work and bath room cramped. Breakfast was poor. `Cooked breakfast`, was over cooked scrambled egg, baked beans and sausage. Fruit options were banana, apple or tinned peaches.

"Perfect for families"
This has been our second visit and again has been a great experience. It is very central, has parking, family rooms and breakfast is good. We find it value for money and will use it regularly for visiting Lindon. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Can`t fault it at all. Will be back soon.

"Overnight Stay"
Did the job perfectly. Close to the function we were attending. Within easy walking distance of Hammersmith tube station and the river. Just off the shopping street. Quiet. Clean. Plenty of hot water. Breakfast not bad. Would have liked some bacon and grapefruit, but there was plenty to eat and it was tasty. Pleasant staff. Would stay there again.

My wife and i stayed at this hotel as we were seeing a couple of shows in the west end and Hammersmith tube is a 5min walk from the hotel its ideally situated the staff were polite friendly and helpful the rooms were clean and tidy the food is ok too continental breakfast but also sausage beans and scrambled eggs and a choice of 4 "kelloggs" cereals, also you get free wifi and a desk in the lobby to top up your room tea coffee milk sugars etc free.. All in all a pleasant stay and would use the hotel again. Neil & Sue.. Yorkshire

After recently stay in at the Holiday Inn Express Hammersmith, we have rated the hotel as `Good`. The reason for this was that we found the breakfast a bit disappointing compared to other Holiday Inn Express hotels we have stayed in.

From checking in to checking out was all faultless . Everybody was working hard to make our stay enjoyable. All staff smiling and looked happy in there job .Excellent breakfast , rooms all clean and tidy. We have stayed at this hotel last year , this is the reason we booked it again .Hotel just down the road from tube station ,Hammersmith and city line from Paddington also Piccadilly line into the city .

"Pleasant hotel is good location"
We booked a Family room and double room over last weekend December 2014. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Hammersmith tube and bus stations are an easy walk away. We were also able to park at the hotel car park with ease, which is a big bonus. Only slight downside is, it is over a weatherpoons pub which can get a little noisy until midnight.
