"FAB"
We`ve stayed here previously. Main reason we book is for the leisure club/swimming pool for our daughter aged 9yrs. Family rooms are spacious and well equipped. Secure parking (for nominal daily charge). Cannot praise reception staff enough, absolutely brilliant - polite, knowledgeable, considerate! We arrived on Halloween and our daughter was given a huge bag of goodies for the occasion. We will be back! ...

"Good Hotel"
Positives - rooms, ice maker, staff. Negatives - Waves pool area is now dated and tired - needs facelift. No response to an e-mail sent prior to my stay asking about dinner, breakfast and an upgrade.
