As the UK emerges from the Covid-19 lockdown hotels and other travel services are re-opening at different stages:
Rail breaks and hotel-only bookings arriving on or after 4th July
At the time of writing the UK Government has confirmed that hotels in England are allowed to re-open from 4th July. Many hotels are therefore opening on that date. Some hotels have decided to open later. If your hotel is open on your booked arrival date and you are booked on a rail break or hotel-only booking, please note that the normal terms of your reservation apply. If your hotel is not open before your booked arrival date, then we will be contacting you in the coming days and prior to your travel date to notify you of your options.
Theatre breaks arriving prior to 3rd August
London theatres remain closed until 2nd August. If you were booked on a theatre break checking-in prior to the 3rd August, then you should have already been contacted by us and notified of your cancellation and options. If you are in possession of rail tickets you should have been asked to return a photograph of these with 'VOID' written on each ticket but not obscuring the ticket number, to returns@hoteldirect.co.uk with a note of your booking reference number. In the event that are booked to travel before 3rd August on a Theatre Breaks and have not heard from us, please accept our apologies and email reservations@hoteldirect.co.uk stating your full name and reservation number, or for Travel Agents, trade@hoteldirect.co.uk.
