Reliable and great service
Have used Hotel Direct on several occasions for visits to London, this was the first time I had used them to book hotels outside the capital. I know that they follow up bookings and check the day before then email me, which is reassuring. The hotels we have booked with them have always been of a good standard. I had a query about a discount this time, I emailed them about it at about 10 pm and received a phone call and follow up email by 10.30 the following morning. Great service.
