"Not up to standard"
Having previously stayed at the Mecure brand hotel in France , I was expecting high standards. However this hotel disappointed. The carpets in the foyer and our room were very dirty and marked . Our waste bin had not been emptied, which indicates what else has not been done . The outside was not at all appealing.
