"Fabulous hotel with amazing friendly helpful staff."

The hotel looks amazing & the rooms are fabulous! On top of this the staff couldn`t have been better so polite, helpful & made u feel so welcome.

On the whole we were very pleased with our stay. The room was excellent and the Reception staff very pleasant and helpful.However we were very disappointed with both the service and the food at breakfast. We had to seek out a member of staff twice, once to order tea and coffee and secondly to find butter as there was none on the table. We also felt that the standard of some of the food was poor particularly as there was no choice, other than scrambled , for eggs without a further wait for individual order. The scrambled egg itself was of poor quality ( possibly powdered?) . In such excellent surroundings we would have expected better.

"Comfortable and enjoyable "

The Hyatt Birmingham was ideally located, central and easy to find from the motorway. The room was very clean and comfortable and all staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only fault would be the high cost of Wi-Fi, it seems a bit dated to even be charging for Wi-Fi. I couldn`t imagine using the Hyatts services for a business meeting and having to pay to use Wi-Fi, I`d take my business elsewhere.

gorgeous spa, rooms and reception. Any requests were no bother. Will be returning.

Spacious room with comfortable king size bed and great views but air conditioning was a bit noisy/clunky Check in/out very quick & efficient. Doorman was extremely welcoming and helpful on arrival.
