Lovely hotel really close to the venue. Good options for food, and bar open till 1am so time for a few drinks after the show too. Friendly helpful staff and really clean.

Motiar on breakfast clear up was exceptional....he was so efficient and had a smilr for all as he was going about his work, he made our breakfast experience great.We normally use your hotel as its good value for money with ease to get into central London.

Room was at the back of the hotel,so very quiet. Room is comfy and shower was quite powerful. Most guests are visiting for the same reasons we were.

The staff were all helpful and polite. The room was clean and roomy, with a huge bed. The bathroom and facilities were all clean and there was tea/coffee facilities available. We had breakfast included which was hot and plentiful. We also had our evening meal in the hotel; the food was hot and delicious - we would recommend.

We`ve stopped in quite a few holiday inn expresses. Decor is clean and colourful. Our only mild disappointment was the breakfast. It was all very lukewarm

A nice room, quiet but within easy walking distance to the ABBA arena and also to Westfield and the Underground and DLR stations at Stratford. Friendly staff, comfortable and clean. Really enjoyable breakfast buffet, too.

Good location, walking distance from Stratford station. Clean, comfortable room. However, it was very noisy, we were woken throughout the night and early in the morning by banging and drilling sounds.

Hotel was basic at best. We asked 3 times to get the tv fixed. For the whole experience, if we did this again, I would choose a different hotel.

We were made welcome the moment we arrived. The room was very comfortable and clean, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was of excellent quality.We are two ladies of 70 who take regular theatre breaks to London, always booking independently. We have never used your service before but would be happy to use you again - Lynn helped out when there was a problem with the booking going through and then on the day before we arrived, a real person phoned to check if it was a double or a twin that we had booked.

The hotel was ideally placed for getting to the ABBA Arena as well as Stratford tube station. The staff were excellent; helpful, polite and worked very hard to make our stay a very good experience. The hotel environment was comfortable; the beds were especially so. The breakfast was plentiful and had good variety and the evening meal was tasty and well cooked.

Couldn`t fault a thing - great location for abba voyage and Westfield centre. Friendly staff - immaculate - good breakfast and ate in the restaurant one night which was lovely too.

"A Fantastic Hotel."
An exceptionally clean hotel. Bedroom (104) was spacious, clean and comfortable. All staff were very welcoming and helpful - and seem to take pride in their hotel. Breakfast and an evening meal were exceptional. Very conveniently placed for underground and Abba Voyage. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
