Lovely room very comfortable bed slept like a log, bathroom and shower good, lovely white soft towels. Staff excellent. Wine 9-95 a glass nearly 30 a bottle gave that a miss. The food in the Marco Pierre white restaurant in the evening wasn`t worth the money, ( had better steak in weatherspoons). The breakfast in the morning was fabulous

Nice clean room. Free shuttle bus into Birmingham with friendly driver. Nice bar area.Had a satisfying stay, the only problem was the heavy duvet, which was too warm for the time of year.

"No breakfast and paid twice "

Got up for breakfast leaving well over an hour to have breakfast because we had to leave early for Cadbury world and waited for about 40 min in a queue before we gave up and just had a coffee from the bar or we would of been late for the slot that was allocated for us at Cadbury world, we later realised we paid twice for the room once to you and then paid the hotel we are currently trying to get our money back from them as they asked for proof of bank account and booking info.

"Shocked at the standard"

For a holiday inn this was disheveled and even the suite we had was small and unkept. The hotel is having a refurb in the lobby which was noisy and left no real space to do anything. I wouldn`t stay again.

"Hotel great ,however "

The hotel was great but when came to checkout they said I hadn`t paid, which I had. I must say the problem did seem to be resolved once I got hold of customer services at hotel direct.
