Guest rating: | 8/9/2008 | | "have been to better premier inns" | | | | light switch didn`t work, also the little lamp didn`t work. Breakfast wasn`t very good, the scrambled eggs looked awful like rubber, can`t believe was even put out for people to consume. Was in a total big lump just looked awful. Also what i had from the cooked breakfast section was not very hot at all. Their was no earl grey available which i was a bit disappointed about. Also the orange juice was really warm. Wouldn`t go back to stay at this premier inn again.

Guest rating: | 23/7/2008 | | "Reception,Room, Breakfast & Directions given by Reception were excellent!" | | | | I had awful problems with the latest Premier in Manchester & said I would not stay at another Premier, had poor response from their reception & nothing following my A4 sized complaints! Took a chance on you for location & cost and very glad I did. I will stay with you when I come to Glasgow again.

Guest rating: | 30/6/2008 | | "Pleasant, efficient experience." | | | | The staff were very pleasant aqnd efficient. Our second night, we asked for and received a corner room which we found more to our liking than the smaller room of the previous night`s stay. I guess we are just used to more spacious rooms... but we were happy. Good price too. We`ll stay again. Thanks.

Guest rating: | 23/6/2008 | | "Comfortable hotel" | | | | Hotel staff very friendly - room was clean and just what we needed for a night`s stay. Only downfall is location - it is only a 10 minute walk to the shopping centre but I would have preferred to have been closer - though right next door to the train station which will take you to Queen Street station - this is not open late at night though.

Guest rating: | 28/5/2008 | | "Exceptionally poor bed" | | | | Visitors should be aware that there is no parking here, the adjacent multi-storey costs £2.40 per hour.Restaurant good, staff very helpful, but this is strictly a functional hotel.
