The Show
From the producers of Riverdance, this show brings together an explosive mix of dynamic dance styles. It combines themes of traditional Irish, Latin, Afro-Cuban, Hip-Hop and Contemporary music and dance for a new, vibrant performance that is sure to get the rhythm flowing through the veins. The dancers are accompanied by a live band performing music from the award-winning Irish composer Brian Byrne who has famously worked with Barbara Streisand. A state-of-the-art video projection completes this extravagant show, by combining all aspects of stunning performances by a range of artists in the show-business world. Heartbeat of Home is coming to Piccadilly Theatre in the West End following on from sold out performances at the London Palladium.

History of Heartbeat of Home
It has been more than two decades since the world was introduced to the outstanding art and talent of Irish Riverdance, a creative performance that has forever changed stylistic dancing and will always been seen as the start of a new genre of entertainment. In 2013 John McColgan and Moya Doherty came back with a collaboration of dance styles from across the world that compliment each other and go hand in hand for an outstanding performance. Heartbeat of Home has entertained thousands in a tour around China and Germany as well as performances in North America, Dublin and is now in the UK for only three performances.

Heartbeat of Home features 33 world-class dancers and live musicians from Ireland, Britain, Spain, Italy, Argentina, U.S.A, Canada and Australia.Riverdance was first performed to the world as a segment at the 1994 Eurovision when broadcasted in Dublin. For Riverdancing alone, 1 dancer can go through up to 3 pairs of shoes in one night.
