The Show
Inspired by true events from the underground dance clubs of the 1950's in Tennessee, Memphis tells the story of fame and forbidden love of a club singer and radio DJ. Felicia and Huey collaborate to bring her soulful music to radio audiences everywhere, and the Golden Era of early rock 'n' roll takes flight. Facing turbulent times due to their cultural divides, Memphis is a heart-warming story full of laughter, poignant moments and unforgettable music starring the multi-award winning recording artist Beverly Knight (The Bodyguard), and Killian Donnelly (The Commitments, Billy Elliot and Les Miserables).
