"The limitations of a theatre setting was always going to impact the presentation of the plot of Pretty Woman. However, the changes were cleverly managed, only omitting one or two iconic moments from the movie - the snail at the restaurant and Vivian`s final remark after the opera.
The performers were well cast with excellent vocals from everyone notably the Narrator/Hotel Manager and Kit. The staging was minimal but effective and the additional humorous moments added to the enjoyment. The only (very) slight disappointment was that I had expected to hear more of the familiar music, especially Roxette`s `It must have been love`. However, the finale with the Pretty Woman song brought everyone to their feet. A great atmosphere and evening`s entertainment."

"The Savoy is a beautiful theatre and it was such a privilege to watch a show there. `Pretty Woman` is a terrific show with a great cast and crew. It is a clever adaptation from the film, with many of the memorable lines like, "Big mistake, huge!". I was not expecting the many new songs but they were relevant and lively. The finale was fantastic with all the audience standing and clapping."

"Show itself was brilliant, however when I booked my tickets (Grand Circle H10 & H11) there was no reference to these seats having restricted viewing (as was the case with other seats) however the view of the front of the stage WAS obstructed by two safety bars (If my wife and I hade been about 7 foot tall we MAY have been able to have seen over them). We did mention this at the time and were told we could upgrade to some other seats a few rows further for another £35 per person. The other complaint is the ridiculous price of the drinks in the bar - £10.50 for a small glass of wine. I appreciate "London prices" etc but I only paid £6.50 for a large glass of wine in my 4* hotel on the same break"

"Was a little unnerving that several guests were stood right behind us (row L) and leaning on the wooden panel at the backs of our chairs. We deliberately chose the back row to avoid having seats behind us yet people stood behind us anyway. Especially with the current corona virus scare, it would have been nice not to have people leaning over us."
