"Fantastic clean and great location"

Hotel was immaculate and staff were so helpful location was great. Room was air conditioned and had shampoo hairdryer and tea ect but these little things make it. We had a twin and it was well roomy for use both with a nice bath. TV worked and had all the channels you needed. Offer us a light breakfast due to restaurant being upgraded. Everything was made easy even looked after our bags while we wondered and late check out of 11.00 which is also really helpful.

Great hotel for theatre breaks! Staff superb and friendly. Defo going back! Great breakfast, very comfortable and pristine clean throughout.

Lovely hotel,staff were friendly and helpful, great room on arrival advised we had been upgraded. Ideally situated,plenty of choice for breakfast. Spotlessly clean everything you could ask for,would certainly recommend and stay again.

"Comfortable clean and friendly"

Lovely hotel in a quiet corner. Easy reach of entertainment. Our room was welcoming clean and comfortable. Will defintely stay here again.

"lovely hotel"

we only stayed here for one night and from the time we stepped in to the time we left we were treated superbly , it was my wifes birthday the day before and she recieved a card and chocs , which was very thoughtful , very clean , staff polite and lovely with it and nothing was too much trouble , would recommend a stay here

"One of the nicest London Hotels"

We come to London a couple of times a year, to watch shows, but we never book a hotel close to the shows, always close to Waterloo. So this year i decided to "risk" staying more central and all i can say is WOW! what a lovely hotel and moreover what lovely reception staff, i cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you.

"Fabulous small hotel in perfect central location "

The only tiny fault was loud air conditioning unit in bathroom overall the most warm and friendly hotel beautifully refurbished bijou room great breakfast beautifully appointed lounge area and wonderfully warm and friendly staff with special mention to the breakfast team
