"Clean and tidy. Well sited to access the Forum and Derry Walls."
Catering and bar service slow. Young staff mainly who were well meaning but needed better training in the art of service. 
Had soup in bar - had to return it to get heated.  No apology. Had to return wine glass due to chip in rim..Just handed another empty glass - no apology. Meal in restaurant - couldn`t eat steak at all it was so stringy. Worst I have had in years. Service staff said chef would be informed - no feedback at all given to us. No apology or comment given.

This was my second stay in the Tower Hotell Derry.  Great location.  Rooms are very comfortable and the staff are great.

"Really lovely"
Had a great time in this hotel.Staff really friendly (especially Angela on reception).  Two minutes and your at shops and pubs. Food great. Will be back.
