All of the 88 bright rooms are ensuite with multi-channel cable TV, hairdryer, trouser press, 2 phone lines - bedroom and bathroom, tea and coffee facilities and safety deposit facilities. The hotel has a restaurant - Restaurant Six which offers contemporary Irish cuisine in comfortable stylish surroundings. Naturally there is a bar, "Groomes" offering the welcoming atmosphere of a traditional Irish Pub. Cassidy`s is one of the few remaining family owned and run hotels in Dublin. Hotel and location:

The 3* Cassidy`s Hotel is centrally located at the top of O`Connell Street, opposite the Gate theatre. A conversion of 3 Georgian redbrick town houses, which inspired the works of famous writers such as O`Casey, Shaw and Joyce. The hotel has retained its elegant facade having been refurbished throughout. The hotel`s proximity to O`Connell Street provides an excellent location from which to explore the sites of the city - Trinity College, Temple Bar and shopping opportunities on Grafton Street.

Getting there:

BY TRAIN: The hotel is a 15 min walk from Connolly Station. Walk to the end of Talbot Street, turn right onto O`Connell Street. Walk to the end of the Street, cross at the traffic lights. Cassidy`s Hotel is on the right hand side.
BY CAR: Cassidys hotel is located on the north end of O`Connell Street on Cavendish Row which is a continuation of Upper O`Connell Street. Cross Parnell street and the hotel is on the right hand side opposite the Gate theatre.
