"Clean but very dated"
The reception area was very pleasant and the staff were very helpful.  The apartment was spacious and had all the basic necessities.  However, it didn`t take a particularly close inspection to spot that our apartment was in a dire need of maintenance.  There was substantial mould on the windows in the bathroom, woodwork on shelves & furniture was chipped and the walls were in need of painting.  It didn`t affect the use of anything in the apartment but I would be reluctant to stay again on that basis.  In addition, it was very noisy, even though we were on the fifth floor.

"Good location, huge hotel, nice staff, a bit noisy."
I was happy with my stay as the location suited my needs. The room was clean and comfortable although I was surprised to have a kitchen sink, washing machine and cooking hob in a fairly confined space. The 1950s- style windows were rather inadequate to subdue the external noise and the very windy weather on the night. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

"It`s a Gem in Chelsea"
Excellent location close to South Kensington tube. Great room with just the right facilities for me. 
Staff were very helpful and courteous. Siddiq especially helpful. Would definitely stay there again

"A hotel not recommended for families."
Myself, daughter and granddaughters were looking forward to a comfortable stay in London.The accomodation was very disappointing being dark, bare and basic. Having spent overÂ£1,300 for 3 nights (plus tickets), we did not expect to see large patches of paint peeling off the skirting boards, large areas of mould on the bathroom ceiling and wall. The sink and bath plugholes were in a bad, dirty state and did`nt work and the shower unit was very rusty and difficult to use. Floorboards were extremely noisy and the safety chain on the main door was broken. Photos were taken of these problems. In no way did we get value for money or a really enjoyable break.     J Miller

"Faulty towers"
We were a party of 5 in two apartments. Both were very run down. As we were leaving the cleaners had some doors propped open and those rooms appeared to be far nicer In Their appearance with a higher standard of finish. We wouldn`t go back here.

"Friendly Place"
Nice clean apartment style room. Very friendly staff. Only downside was there being no air con or fan in the room during the heatwave which made for an uncomfortable sweaty night.
