Hitel gave me a free upgrade as it was my sisters surprise 60 th birthday treat. Very welcoming, friendly staff, room was amazing, would definitely recommend and stay again!!!

"An excellent hotel for a theatre break."
We were extremely satisfied with the hotel. The standard of our room was excellent and very clean. It was comforting and the staff couldn`t have been more helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed with good service an excellent buffet breakfast. We would definitely recommend the hotel and stay again.

So, the hotel it`s self is lovely, the staff are brilliant apart from the guy on the desk that lied to me about the building works going on there, was told they wouldn`t start until 11:00am (check out time) 08:15 they started and when I complained I was offered a late check out?! It`s taken nearly a month to get my refunded sorted with them? won`t be staying again!!

Having booked a small double we were delighted to be allocated a bright airy room. Lovely and clean and good quality toiletries. Friendly helpful staff in all areas and a good choice of ingredients for breakfast. We were happy with a 15 minute walk to theatre land. Surprisingly quiet at night, even with the bedroom window open.
