"The only thing wrong is any one can walk in and have the sun lounges "
Very nice hotel but anyone can walk in and use the pool and sun loungers which is not fair when you pay £150 pound a room and cannot get one needs to be sorted

"Birthday mini break fantastic "
Wanted a seaside break in Bournemoth for my birthday - chose The Cumberland and was no disappointed, staff were friendly and welcoming, hotel facilities very good and the decor was very pleasant. We decided to dine at the restaurant and had a lovely meal. Room was comfortable, one criticism the pillows were quite hard, next visit I`m may bring my own pillow. Thank you for a fantastic stay look forward to the next.
