Poor book in at reception - told had to pay £50 not explained what for. Not may supplies for tea and coffee in room - could have been better. Best part of Hotel was location - ideal

1st room awful, hole in bath, lampshades falling apart, marks on walls. Moved rooms, spent the night inhaling 2nd hand cannabis smoke from next door - reported it, concierge just told me to open a window So we had to have the window open all night in freezing temperatures. Staff couldn`t offer refund as the person who can authorise this was on annual leave. Absolutely abismal. Do not stay here - stay somewhere cheaper but nicer.

"Court House hotel anniversary stay"
The courthouse is in a lovely location of London with easy access to all the site. The hotel was advertised as a 5star but I would say that is more of a 3-4 star at best having stayedin many 5 star hotels. Room was spaces but had a adjoining door to the next room so could hear everything the next room was doing. The bathroom let it down as well with half the shower door missing so water end up all over the floor. Soap that had not been replaced from the last occupant. We had the bed and breakfast which was also fine but was a bit cold. For the £369 we paid for a superior room for the night I would expect a lot more from a 5 star hotel. Won`t be visiting again or recommend this hotel will look elsewhere for a stay in London.

Just returned from a stay in this hotel. After speaking to the manager about the full English breakfast or lack of it should I say. No juice. No bowls No bread No bacon Cold coffee Extremely bad service was told to sit anywhere, that`s if we could find a clean table. I spoke to the manager he said we could have a refund (£23.75 each. There were two of us) He said because it was a package I had to email and that I would still get a refund. This was supposed to be a 5* hotel therefore I was extremely unhappy when paying for a full breakfast all I was able to have eventually was toast. My booking ref is B1178162 Total cost of the booking was £567.38. So not a cheap weekend. I do feel I should also be compensated for this, as it did spoil our break away. Regards Mrs L. "Not what the images lead you to believe"
The hotel was nice but not worth the price tag that comes with it. Holes in walls, tiles breaking off, unfinished skirting boards, hard bed etc. Not as posh as pictures.

"Disappointed "
Arrived after 5 hrs travel with reception unable to locate reservation booked through yourselves.Seems the booking was made for arrival the following day,however after much panic and anxiety waiting,the staff gave us our room. Completely shocked at the shabbyness, size and over all standard or room.Awkwardly complained and room changed.Much better but still shabby with dirty curtains, door knob fallen off.Bottle of water smelt so bad my daughter had to stop drinking it.Ckean bedding thankfully with spot on location.NOT 5 star rating and sadly pushing at a 4 star.Needs massive financial injection to bring this back to life.Very sad as this was a special mum daughter trip before major surgery etc...
