"A good value hotel in the heart of the city"
The rooms were very attractive and comfortable. We knew beforehand that they weren`t overly large but that wasn`t a problem. It was handy for the tube and visiting places in zone 1. There was a problem with the fire alarm going off a few times and once during the night. Staff didn`t seem very apologetic about it, so I suspect it happens often. It was a good price for the location and facilities and suited us well for a city break.

"Good hotel for one night stay in centre of London"
Friendly staff at reception. Room was modern and clean, quite small for four adults but suited our purposes for one night.

"Clean, tidy and friendly staff "
Hotel was very clean and tidy as was our room. Everything you would need for a stay over or weekend, hairdryer, tea/coffee/milk and kettle. Plenty of towels, hair/body wash and hand soap. Toilet roll, good amount of plug sockets and mirrors. Also air con. Beds were comfy and I have a bad back so was pleased with this, tv with free view. Very quiet through the night, hangers, plenty of pillows/cushions. Guy at reception very helpful and friendly. Nothing to complain about, had a very smooth pleasant stay, will be visiting again.

"Comfortable bed, good shower"
It`s all rather in miniature, rooms, passages, etc, but it served the purpose. The bed and bedding were good, shower very good, room small but then that`s London. The check-in was smooth so all in all it was ok but I`m not sure I would go back. I`d prefer something with a bit of an outlook, not the back of the building although I was across a small courtyard and it was quiet.
