Room and hotel facilities:

All of the spacious rooms at the 4* Macdonald Elmers Court are located in a courtyard, some with balcony and some with a small terrace. All rooms have an ensuite bathroom with complimentary toiletries and hairdryer. In-room amenities include 40inch flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi and tea & coffee making facilities. Guests wishing to take advantage of the hotel`s Spa treatments should book these in advance directly with the hotel. The hotel has two restaurants, The Solent, open throughout the day for casual dining with both indoor and outdoor seating, serving a menu of Italian classics and pizzas. Hot beverages, a full bar menu and Afternoon Tea are also served. For more formal dining there is the Waterford Restaurant open every evening from 6pm.

The 4* Macdonald Elmers Court is just 6 minutes drive from the edge of the New Forest National Park and 5 minutes by car from the town of Lymington. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from Lymington Pier Railway station, which is adjacent to the Wightlink Lymington Ferry from where there are hourly crossings to the Isle of Wight (the journey takes approximately 25 minutes). Guests can also relax and enjoy the leisure facilities and spa at the hotel. As well as a 15 metre outdoor swimming pool, there is a 17 metre in-door pool. Conveniently, guests will also find a well equipped fitness suite and tennis courts.

Getting there:

BY TRAIN: From Lymington Pier Station walk through the car park towards Undershore Road and turn right onto Undershore Rd. After 0.1 miles turn right and the hotel will be on the right.
BY ROAD: Heading north on the M27, take the exit towards The New Frst/A337/Lyndhurst and at the Cadnam Interchange, take the 1st exit onto A31. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Lyndhurst Rd/A337 and continue to follow this route for 0.9 miles. Continue straight to stay on A337 and after 2.6 miles turn right onto Gosport Ln/A337/A35 and continue to follow A337 for the next 7.2 miles. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Southampton Rd/A337 and then at the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Marsh Ln/B3054. After 0.8 miles at the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Gosport St/Marsh Ln/B3054. Almost immediately at the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Bridge Rd/B3054 and after 0.3 miles turn right onto Undershore Rd. Continue for a further 0.6 miles and then turn right and the hotel will be on the left.
