BY TRAIN: From Manchester Piccadilly Station exit onto Piccadilly and take a Metrolink Tram (Yellow Line) towards Crumpsall via Market Street. Alight at Queens Road Stop (4th stop) and head west towards Queens Road making a slight left onto Queens Road. Turn left onto Irish Town Way and follow this road for the hotel. BY ROAD: From M60 exit at junction 20 and take the A664 exit to Middleton/Blackley. Take the slip to Alkrington Interchange/Rochdale Road/A664 and then turn right to follow this route for 2.4 miles. Turn right onto Topley Street/A6010 and after 0.4 miles turn left onto Irish Town Way. Turn right and then right again and the hotel will be on the left.
