voco Zeal Exeter Science Park

Room and hotel facilities:

All of the 142 rooms at the 4* voco Zeal Exeter, which opened in 2025, are spacious with minimalist, neutral decor and kingsize beds. All include free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV and ensuite bathrooms with plant-based toiletries. Larger Premium rooms are also available, some with kitchenette including microwave and fridge. During their stay guests have complimentary use of the hotel`s Fitness Suite which is open 24 hours a day. The ISCA Restaurant & Bar with open kitchen, serves food throughout the day, with an emphasis on local ingredients. There is also a covered bar terrace and garden.

Hotel and location:

Located at Exeter Science Park, just off the M5, the 4* voco Zeal is a net zero carbon hotel, ideal for eco conscious travellers. The hotel is less than 5 miles from Exeter St Davids Station, by direct bus service the journey is approximately 30 minutes. Exeter Airport is also less than 2 miles away via the A30. There is onsite parking available (charges apply) and plenty of EV charging points.

Getting there:

BY TRAIN: From Exeter St Davids Station there is a regular direct bus service to Exeter Science Park which takes approximately 35 minutes.
BY CAR: From M5 exit at junction 29 and take the A30 E exit to Honiton. Merge onto A30 following signs for Sowton Village. After 0.2 miles turn left onto Babbage Way and the hotel will be on the right.
