"Tired bathroom"

Toilet flushed poorly, bath tap to shower knob was extremely stiff to operate. Water disappeared from sink during washing

Was given a room for disabled.Shower could not be used as shower head too high, would not slide lower on rail. Poor toilet flush, no toilet brush. Turned air con off, temp up, still cold no blanket in wardrobe, totally empty Bed comfortable Staff very friendly and helpful Excellent breakfast

Hotel is freezing cold in the room and the heating didn`t work there was a draft coming through the window which we had to block off using towels. The hotel is self is clean and tidy and the breakfast is lovely with lots if choice.but was disappointed with how cold the room was as it didn`t feel comfortable as it was in the winter.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful,our room was good bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was excellent would stay again.The only thing we didn`t enjoy was the meal at Frankie`s bar the food was definitely not worth what they charged for it very disappointing would not recommend anyone eating there.

You know London hotels. Small room, bed squeezed in a corner. Bare carpet. Noisy fan as aircon. Bathroom not big enough tossing a cat in with noisy plumbing. We`ll cancel all that for this place. What a find! Brilliantly large room with queen bed. Working aircon. Big bathroom & adjustable shower. Fast working lifts. Quiet & peaceful sleep. Friendly helpful staff. Buffet breakfast. The lot, really. And it costing the Earth! Ok, some footy fans may balk about being so close to a rival`s ground, but for a neutral it matters not. Thank you & well done to all.

"Nice hotel in lovely setting"

Excellent hotel in a good setting right next to Chelsea football stadium (I am saying that even though I am a Spurs fan). Only a 5 minute walk from Fulham Broadway tube station. Clean hotel and room with complimentary bottled water and toiletries in the bathroom. Buffet breakfast was very fresh and delicious. Overall very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

Although the hotel is ideally suited for Chelsea football club the rooms are a bit dated bar shuts early and bit of a wait for breakfast in the morning we have stayed in better hotels

"Fantastic hotel and great location"

What a great hotel. Lovely modern rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. And the bestpart of all, the location! Stamford bridge on the doorstep, we wouldn`t of wished for anything better.

"Very friendly staff"

The staff at the hotel were lovely and, as it was my birthday weekend, we were upgraded to a club room. The room was very comfortable. Had a meal in the bar with sufficient choice and reasonable prices. Only one minor gripe - not enough fruit at breakfast. The only fruit served, apart from juice, was melon.

Nice hotel good breakfast. The room was good clean, very warm. It was easy to check in and easy parking. The only small issue we had was the shower was very poor with the hose has broken so unable to use fully

"Comfortable room & excellent breakfast."

Booked as surprise Christmas gift for lifelong fan of Chelsea FC. He loved it. Our room was comfortable, especially bed. Breakfast was impressive. Staff courteous and helpful. Pleasant stay despite broken ankle and hideous weather!

Lovely hotel next door to Chelsea Football club. Although Grandchildren support other teams they both enjoyed the position of it and looking around. They would have liked the option of pancakes at breakfast though .

"Some problems "

We booked a triple bedded room , for myself daughter and granddaughter. We arrived at the hotel to find we had a room with 2 double beds we had booked this hotel because we could have 3single beds even though it was quite away from the theatre , I went to reception and they could not see there was a problem saying don`t you want to share a bed then. I spent quite a while trying to explain that we wouldn`t have booked 3 single beds if we hadn`t have wanted 3 beds. The manager then came on the scene and said he could put us in a twin room and add a sofa bed , I said the required 3 adult single beds he said if we went to the twin room for now and by the time we had returned from the theatre they sit have sorted it out. On returning we did have another single bed squashed into the twin room no extra towels or a third cup . We asked reception for at least another towel they would pass the message on to housekeeping no towel arrived so we had to make do with hand towels !!!

"Don`t accept alternative hotels offered "

Apparently this hotel was unavailable so I was given the Tara copthorne Kensington as an alternative for the same price. The Tara copthorne is an average hotel poor parking facilities.made to wait 20 minutes for cooked breakfast which was cold. When I complained I was told by staff what do you want me to do.

Went during train strikes.Caught the uber boat at Millenium Harbour which was a great way to get into central London.Hotel clean,functional,friendly helpful staff.Plenty of choice at breakfast,quality food.

Good hotel, great location, we used buses rather than tube as wanted to see the area. Sloane Square only few bus stops away - great for shopping/eating out.

Great location five minutes to the nearest tube, staff were very warm and welcoming, room was clean and tidy and a good size for me and my daughter, beds were comfortable, breakfast was lovely great range of food and drink, will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend

"Went very well except for the housekeeper who really let you down "

Our stay at the hotel was very nice and all staff were kind and helpful! However our stay was sour at the end due to the housekeeper who cleaned our room. It would of been pleasant for her to return our greeting of good morning but she chose to ignore us and barge past as though we offended her. Also as we were getting our belongings together she abruptly banged on the door to ask what time we were leaving which prompted our departure prematurely. Never been asked when I`m leaving before so that was upsetting. Other than that thank you to all of the staff for their hospitality but I think the housekeeper needs more customer service training.

Room was nice staff lovely, they are a credit to the hotel. Room was clean, could do with maybe lighter furniture but okay. Would stay again, staff so nice.
